Investment Planning/Market Survey
This service includes an initial consultation to understand your goals and expectations. We will also provide a survey of the local rental market to determine proper pricing.
Advertisement
We will market your property and schedule the showing. In addition, we will manage your advertisement campaigns.
Leasing/Tenant Screening
This service involves accepting and processing of applications, including a thorough reference verification and qualification review of applicants. We will also handle the lease preparation
and execution.
Property Management
It is also part of our job to monitor renewals, provide move-in and move-out surveys, round-the-clock emergency repair, and coordinate maintenance and repair requests. We also perform biannual preventive maintenance inspections and rent collection service (including eviction procedures).
Financial Management
We will prepare a monthly statement of accounts, which include bill approval, expense deduction, and fund disbursement. We also provide an annual accounting report for tax purposes.
